The illustrations concern two books reviewed in the Bulletin: Deals: The Economic Structure of Business Transactions, by Michael Klausner and Guhan Subramanian J.D./M.B.A. ’98 (Harvard University Press) and How to Become Famous: Lost Einsteins, Forgotten Superstars, and How the Beatles Came to Be,  by Cass R. Sunstein ’78 (Harvard Business Review Press).

THE AGE OF ADOLESCENCE

During adolescence everything changes and shakes. It’s a continuous reversal of emotions that sends you into a tailspin. Growing up is this, turning the world upside down almost as a game, looking for the impossible.

This illustration was selected for the 2022 edition of the Tapirulan Illustration Contest in Italy, under the theme TILT.

 

 

 

IN TRIESTE #2

In this series, some illustrations originally made for In Trieste Magazine have been partially modified, removing the masks that hid the faces in the original series. The original series had been made during the pandemic days. I decided to modify some scenes, removing the masks, to show how the everyday life of certain moments has remained unchanged over time.
